Since 2008 we are living in France. With the help of the Chambre des Métiers et l’Artisanat de la Haute Vienne, we have been able to realize our own company: Casse-Noix. Our business has started in October 2008.

We sell nuts, dried fruits, Japanese mixes and other products, depending on the season. The nuts are being cooked and blended, like they do in the Netherlands. In France, the cooking of nuts is an unknown method of preparation. Until now.
